How can I place an order?
You can place an order online through our website. Alternatively, you can visit one of our stores.

Can I cancel my order?
Your order may be cancelled free of charge, provided the products have not been shipped.

Are all products readily available?
All products presented in our online store are readily available. If a question of availability arises, you will be informed by e-mail or phone.


How can I make a payment for my order?
Payments can be made at the checkout of our e-store or upon delivery of the product. The methods of payment are as follows:

Cash On Delivery (only within Greece)
With a credit, debit or prepaid card. The cards we accept are Visa, MasterCard, Maestro from any bank and issued.
By bank transfer to Viva Payments Services SA (Viva Wallet).

How safe is my online transaction and how is my card charged?
Payment is made through credit, debit or prepaid card in the secure environment of Viva Payments Services SA with which we cooperate. Your card details are imported and processed in the electronic environment of Viva Payments Services SA. Your card details are only managed by Viva Payments Services SA. ANAMNESIA.gr has no access to them, nor can it collect them.

Online card transactions at ANAMNESIA.gr's e-shop are made through Viva Payments Services SA's advanced security system, based on the GlobeSSL International Safeguard and supports a secure trading environment.

Is VAT included in the price of the products?
Yes VAT is included in the prices listed, and will remain the same with countries within the European Union. Countries outside the European Union, may face local taxes and duties.

What is the cost of sending my order?
Free shipping applies to all orders over EUR X, within Greece. This excludes any specialized postal services that may be required, such as early delivery or payment on delivery. The shipping costs are listed on the table below. For more details, please see our Shipping Products page.

The cost of transport is calculated based on the total weight of the order. The above prices refer the charges for orders up to a total of 2kg. For every additional 1 Kg there is a charge of € X.

What is the difference between standard shipping costs and payment on delivery costs?
There is an increased fee if Payment on delivery is chosen. The extra fee is the remuneration received by the courier for the execution and processing of the transactions. If you do not wish to be charged for cash on delivery, please select another payment method that has no charge (credit/debit card or a deposit in a ANAMNESIA.gr account.

How long until I receive my order?
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-2 working days, Monday through Friday.

Which countries do you deliver?
We deliver to all the countries that our shipping partner ACS Courier (https://www.acscourier.net/en/home) delivers.

What should I do if I have entered the wrong shipping address of my order?
You can call us directly at 210 6841305 on Monday to Friday between 09: 00-17: 00 to make any changes.

How do I receive my order?
Delivery is done through ACS Courier. The delivery is done from Monday to Friday between 9:00 and 17:30.

How do I track the status of my order?
Once your order is ready to ship, we send you the shipping number by email. You can easily track where it is through the ACS Courier's search mailing page.
Alternatively, contact us by phone at +30 210 6841305 on weekdays from Monday to Friday between 09: 00-17: 00.

Can I return a product? What do I do if the product I received was not in good condition?
Products can be returned within 14 calendar days, with certain terms and conditions applied. For more details please see our Returns Policy Page.

Is my personal data safe?
The user's personal data is managed in accordance with national, Community and international law regarding the processing of personal non-sensitive data. For more details, see the terms on our Terms of Use page.

Why register as a member of ANAMNSESIA.gr?
Registering is not necessary to place an order. Guest check out can be selected, and continue the normal processes. However, by registering your e-mail address, your shopping experience is conglomerated, and you will have access to your order history.

I forgot my password for ANAMNSESIA.gr. What should I do;
From the homepage, click on the "Login" link on the top right and then on the link Retrieve new password. Then enter the name of the account or the email address you have registered for that account on our site and click on the SEND A NEW PASSWORD. The new password will be sent to you in the registered email.
